Cancellation Policy
At The Beauty Lodge, I truly understand that sometimes schedules can change unexpectedly. In order to respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If a cancellation occurs with less than the requested notice, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. This policy helps ensure that we can accommodate all our clients as fairly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help rebook you at a time that suits you best.
